A little about her: One of Hollywood’s hottest rising stars, Mandy Moore is quickly making her mark on the big screen while she continues her success as a solo artist. Moore’s latest album, released in October 2003, features her singing contemporary versions of songs by Elton John, Joan Armatrading, Todd Rundgren and Cat Stevens, among many others. It was Moore’s idea to bring these songs to a younger generation. Moore will star in Brian Dannelly’s ensemble Saved, to be released in March 2004. She plays “the perfect Christian girl” who uses her personal relationship with Jesus to take advantage of everyone. This film is being produced by Michael Stipe and Sandy Stern, and co-stars Mary-Louise Parker, Jena Malone, Eva Amurri, Macaulay Culkin and Patrick Fugit.
