TMZ has obtained the deed of trust -- filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's office -- which shows Petra Ecclestone became the proud owner of Candy's 57,000 square foot mansion on Thursday. The docs show Petra borrowed all but $2,565,940 (our calculator ran out of numbers for the cents) from Slavica Ecclestone, her mom. Slavica is flush with cash, because her ex-husband Bernie is a billionaire Formula One mogul and she did well in the divorce settlement. The guy behind the 2,200 sq. foot compound is " Etnies " skate shoe mogul Pierre-André Senizergues -- a 48-year-old former pro boarder turned clothing mogul. P.A.S. wants every single wall to be shaped like a skate ramp ... and put grindable rails on anything with a hard edge ... from the kitchen sink to the dining room table ... even the sofa. TMZ has learned. Lohan got in front of the camera for an Internet penny auction site called Beezid.com. A rep for the company tells us Lohan was originally offered $25k for the job ... which the actress turned down ... but the two eventually came to terms for an undisclosed amount.
