Ginger said Wednesday at her news conference with Gloria Allred ... the whole Weiner ordeal caused her severe emotional distress.  But no evidence of stress anywhere on Ginger's body Thursday night at the Pink Pony in Atlanta. Looks like Ginger's media attention didn't translate well.  The crowd was sparse, and those who watched didn't much like what they saw.  Our strip club spies say the the applause was "weak."
